REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY – AMOXTER

At AMOXTER, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Any claims regarding:

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing items

  • Damaged product received

will only be considered if a valid unboxing video is provided.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  1. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

Replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

After verification, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE CASES

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Personal preference or dislike of the product.

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

  1. REFUND POLICY

AMOXTER generally provides product replacement instead of refunds for damaged or incorrect products.

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances after review by our support team.

If a refund is approved, shipping, packaging, payment processing, and other operational charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

  1. CLAIM PERIOD

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
